Refund Policy

This policy explains when refunds are available for UrlMosaic paid subscriptions.
1. Eligibility
If you were charged in error (duplicate charge, incorrect tier, or unauthorized payment), contact us promptly and we will review the case for a full or partial refund.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Except where required by law, completed billing-cycle charges are generally non-refundable once service access and usage capacity were provided.
3. Cancellation and Renewal
Canceling a subscription prevents future renewal charges. Cancellation does not automatically retroactively refund previous paid periods.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Posting times depend on the payment provider and bank.
